The Next Level Colombia program in August 2016 in Cartagena on the Colombian-Caribbean coast was a dynamite affair.  The NL Colombia Team featured a superb team, including MC D.S. Sense, DJ Raedawn, beatmaker Supreme LaRock and B-Boy Kid Glyde.

The Next Level Colombia program, in partnership with the US Embassy to Colombia and the Mayor’s Office of Cartagena, included a hip hop exchange academy at Unicolombo. At the NL Cartagena Academy, the NL Team worked with a talented group of Colombia hip hop artists.  Additionally, there was an excellent collaboration session mixing traditional Poro and Fandango music with hip hop.

As part of the NL Colombia program, the NL Cartagena Academy and NL Team Colombia conducted a park jam in an under-served neighborhood. The NL Cartagena Academy and NL Team Colombia had a stellar final concert.
