Levantine Public Diplomacy is hula-ing at its latest windmill: the Aloha Zimbabwe program

LPD is partnering with the U.S. Embassy to Zimbabwe to bring the Ambassadors of Aloha, Keola Beamer, Moanalani Beamer and Jeff Peterson, to Zimbabwe for the Harare International Festival of the Arts (HIFA).  HIFA is the largest cultural festival in southern Africa.  

The Hawaiian ensemble will also travel to Bulawayo, to  connect the spirit of Aloha with the southern African concept of “ubuntu” (“that which connects humanity”).
